INTRODUCING
MARIA GEOVANNA RIZZARDO!
December 16, 2007 - Sacramento, CA
Well Maria finally joined the party known as the Rizzardo family! After about 12 hours at the hospital including 10 hours of labor, several football games, some PBA Bowling, and the first two thirds of the Lord of the Rings movies all on TV. Maria arrived at 7:02pm, weighing 7 lbs. 12.6 oz. and measuring 20 inches in length. She is a very healthy girl and already shows a lot of desire to be cuddled and held closely. She is our little love bundle.
Older sister Alyssa is also doing well sharing the throne. She was so excited to see her sister and has been giving her love and kisses and even helped mommy feed Maria with a bottle.
I will keep it short on the blog for now and just post pictures. We are doing good at home, relaxing and taking 2-3 shifts feeling and holding the baby. Alyssa has been doing super and is at day care while we are recovering during the day.
